Refund policy

Subscriptions are recurring and you will be reminded by email of the date that your payment will come out and also of the shipping date.

Refunds and subscription pauses can be actioned before the shipping date but will be applied to the following month if requested after the shipping date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your whole order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, there is something missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Fabric arrives in pre-cut lengths and if there is damage or any issue with these lengths these will be replaced. However, once you have cut into a pre-cut length it will not be replaced. See above for instructions if you detect defects or damage.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and it will be actioned as per the policy above. Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
